was born in Bear Creak, Pennsylvania. He was the owner of CleanUps Unlimited, a landscaping and hauling business. Billy enjoyed spending time at the beach in Ocean City, working around the house and was considered the family historian. He was married for seventeen years to his wife Michele and will be remembered by many for his courage and kindness in the face of adversity.
Boesché died June 10, 2006, at his home in Highland, Maryland, from complications of ALS and Lyme disease.
