All about Coffee Enemas

What exactly is a coffee enema?

A coffee enema is the enema-related procedure of injecting coffee into your rear end to cleanse the rectum and large intestines.

Why would I do this? How would it help? ID-10072855

When a coffee enema is done, the caffeine from the coffee is absorbed into this system and goes directly to the liver where it becomes a very strong detoxicant. It causes the liver to produce more bile and helps to move the toxin filled bile out toward the small intestine for elimination. This  helps clean out your liver which allows for more toxic materials from other organs to be filtered soon by the now clean liver.

Coffee contains some alkaloids that also stimulate the production of glutathione-S-transferase, an enzyme used by the liver to make the detox pathways run. It is important in the formation of more glutathione, which enables toxins to be eliminated via bile into the small intestine.

Basically said, coffee enemas aid in the  detoxification process.
