Leaky Gut Syndrome

Leaky gut syndrome is a condition that  begins with inflammation and irritation in the lining of the digestive tract. Over time, the intestinal lining begins to wear and break down from infection or exposure to bacteria, parasites or toxins. Your intestines then form large gaps between your intestinal cells which  allow toxins, pathogens, and undigested food particles to enter into your bloodstream.

When these toxins and particles invade your blood stream your liver becomes overloaded  trying to clean them out. This can lead to your immune system becoming impaired from being continuously assaulted by these toxins. Next, your hormonal system will become fatigued after trying to keep up with the stress of the intestinal permeability.

Many believe that this leads to the development of many common conditions we are seeing emerge today like Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, food allergies, asthma, and auto immune diseases.
