Using Food to Heal
Many Lyme patients are turning to a healthier diet as one of the tools in healing. With any chronic illness diet can be key. Learning what foods are healthy and what are not can feel very overwhelming but in general, eating whole foods, pesticide and GMO free seem to be a very good start, as well as cutting out sugars, processed foods and unhealthy fats.
