Kevin Furey RIP 10/8/2017

Kevin Furey RIP

We were just told by one of Kevin’s mom’s friends that we lost him last night, just one day before his 30th birthday. Our heart goes out to his mom, and all his family and friends.

Many will say, “Rest in Peace” but as in this lifetime Lyme probably had him “resting” all too much, we would like to say, we hope Kevin is doing anything but, we hope he is fishing, running on the beach, dancing to music and doing whatever it is he wished he could do while here on this earth.

Our condolences to Kevin’s family and friends.

Kevin’s funeral will be held on Saturday Octover 14th, 2017 at 10:30 AM from the St. Phillip Neri RC Church. The address is 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill.

Friends may call on Friday Evening from 6 – 8 pm at the Miore. Snear and Ruggiero Funeral Home 300 Fayette St, Consohocken, PA and Saturday from 9:30 – 10:15 am at the church.

Interment will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, Pa.

  1. Thank everyone who posted & read our son’s obituary. He suffered from tick borne diseases for most of his life.
For the last 10 years , he was bedridden off & on. he didn’t have the adolescent and early adult pleasures of most young people , hopefully, he is free of his lyme, bartonella, babesia , and the many other co-infections that made his life so painful & sad. He is now able to do the things that these horrible diseases prevented him from doing while alive
.We hope his body is strong & his mind is clear and that we will join him some day and be together, again.

    1. To Kevin’s family,

My heartfelt sympathies to each one of you and the Deep loss of your son who is gone way too early in life.

I agree with the poster above of what he was denied here on Earth he will be given in heaven now Ames I can enjoy thoroughly each and every day of his life without pain and all the side effects that Lyme disease and co-infections inflict upon our bodies.

I did know your son until I just read his obituary in notice through our what is lime website that Lisa created. Since he’s one of us, he is our brother or sister it went over case yet maybe.

May your future days, months, and years feel better knowing that God and Jesus are looking after your precious son.

Betty Gordon, Iowa chronic lyme patient of 48 years

      1. Thank Everyone on this post. Hope the New Year brings better health to each of you and a cure for all tick borne diseases. Peggy, Kevin’s Mom.
