Each day of May for Lyme Awareness Month in 2015, whatislyme.com would like to recognize someone in the Lyme community that has done something to try to help the Lyme community. There are several “unsung heroes” in our community and we would like to just offer them a little recognition and make sure that their achievements and efforts don’t go unnoticed.
Today we would like to thank Vicki Koecher and Kara Welch for everything they have done for the Lyme community!

Vicki was the Minnesota Worldwide Lyme Protest Coordinator for 1 year. She decided her event would be an Art Show. She along with the help of Kara has continued the art shows for Lyme awareness.

So nice to see Vicki & Kara, recognized ! They are awesome humble, helpers, & do things without praise & applause. Very thankful they started, and keep, our support group going!
